Finish Carpenter
Seeking a candidate who is a skilled craftsman to build and install comprehensive range of cabin modules and supplementary wood work. Knowledgeable of all methods, tools, and materials of fine carpentry such as cabinetry and furniture building, plus the characteristics and uses of various woods. Also must be skilled in using a variety of hand and air tools.
Methods Technician/Manufacturing Engineer
Seeking a candidate to plan and design methods to improve production efficiency and train employees on new production methods. Requires Associates degree or 2 years of college level coursework; 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Solid Edge, and PRMS. Rigger
Seeking a candidate to work on all types of rigs this includes setup, stepping, tuning splicing. Applicants with extensive sailing experience are preferred. A thorough knowledge of all types of rigs is desired.
Maintenance Supervisor
Seeking a candidate to Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure effective utilization of people and equipment and to stimulate strong, effective communication between all levels of the company.

Quality Manager
Seeking a candidate to manage all areas of the Quality department, ensuring that the quality/control program is carried out in accordance with established US Marine standards. Responsible for adherence and consistency to all marine industry and internal boat quality construction standards.
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or a related field. A combination of education and industry specific experience may be substituted.
Fiberglass Repair Technician
Seeking a candidate to repair and patch imperfections in polyester parts such as air voids, cracks, alligatoring, etc. Inspect fiberglass decks and hulls for damage. Proficient in the use of DA sander, spray gun, and die grinder.
Position requires 2 – 5 years experience.

Marine Mechanic
Seeking a candidate who is a qualified Marine Mechanic with the ability to do work related to building, repairing and storing of all types of boats. Candidates should have a working knowledge of all mechanical systems especially water makers and refrigeration. Welding experience preferred.
Piping Designer
Seeking a Piping Designer who will be responsible for engineering and design of vessel fluid handling systems including the specification and mechanical equipment and materials. The successful candidate will provide technical support during the proposal phase when needed.
Position requires 2D and 3D CAD skills, MS office and organizational skills are required as well as 10+ years piping experience in a related field preferably in the Marine Industry.
Gel Technician
Seeking an experienced Gel Technician. Must be able to mix and blend any color gel to match any boat manufacturers gel coat. Seeking a highly motivated self starter that takes pride in their workmanship, must be able to blend, match and mix any color the first time.
Marina Technicians
Candidates must be able to troubleshoot any problems with the boats ready to be turned over to the dealers. Must have general knowledge of carpentry, marine diesel engines, electrical systems and fiberglass. Candidate will identify problems and find solutions as required. These are hands-on positions with plenty of responsibility.
Marine Mechanic
Candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and rebuilding stern drives, inboard & outboard engines and drives along with mentoring entry level technicians.
Must have 5+ years of experience with a variety of brand engines, Diesel experience is a plus.
Composites Technician
Candidate must have the skills in fiberglass lamination and repair, as well as experience in gelcoat application.
Engine Rigger
Candidate must have 2 years minimum experience in outboard and inboard motor installation. Must have good mechanical skills and possess personal tools.
Cabin Rigger
Candidate must have 2 years minimum experience in related field. Must have operation experience with jigsaw, drill, nail gun and all hand tools. Must be able to measure accurately.
Certified Service Technician
Seeking a highly trained, certified and skilled Marine technician. Top pay, depending upon skill and certification level.
Position requires certification in some type of Marine motors the company will expect attendance at training and certification classes in lacking disciplines. All training fees and compensation payed while attending training. Must be able to work on a flat rate system and be available 40 hours a week and during boat shows.
