Branch Manager
Seeking a candidate to manage branch financial performance by coordinating with area or territory managers on branch budget and business plan execution, including preparation of annual branch budget. Managing and monitoring branch fleet movements, inventories and maintenance.
Position requires a BS in Business, Marketing or a related field and proven successful management experience with strong accounting and financial knowledge.

Field Service Technician
Seeking a candidate who is responsible for refurbishment, check-in and modification of all trailers onsite. Will maintain a clean working area, perform regular inventory checks and orders as well as encourage safe working techniques.
Position requires prior maintenance experience, general carpentry skills, basic knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC.

Professional Building Designer
Seeking a candidate who is a self starter and career motivated individual to design blast, ballistic, forced entry and fire resistant buildings.
Position requires a Bachelors degree with at least 3 years experience in building design, AutoCAD, code requirements, floor plan design, structural steel, lighting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, ergonomics and ADA a must. Licensed Architect or certified building designer is a plus.

Fleet Solutions Territory Sales Manager

Seeking a candidate who is responsible for direct ownership of revenue generated in geographic region through account/territory management for the sales/lease of all modular asset types. Maintain and grow share at existing client base in assigned geographic territory. Identify and secure new business growth opportunities in assigned territory through lead/target qualification. Develop and implement key account plans and strategies. Manage and coordinate resources to complete intermediate project sales process for in fleet and custom projects.
Position requires BA/BS degree and three years outside sales experience or equivalent training.

Director of Field Operations
Seeking a candidate to provide operational leadership for a specific geographical region. The successful candidate will directly manage a number of branch managers in the assigned region and is responsible for delivering financial results for the region through the branch teams. Hiring, training and developing highly motivated work teams at the branch level. Directing the team on working with the Field Support Functions (Quality, Asset Mgmt, Marketing, etc.) to achieve results and implement initiatives.
Position requires a BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or equivalent of 12 years Operations Management experience with a minimum of 7 years operations management experience.

Branch Coordinator
Seeking a candidate to be responsible for: Greeting our clients, answering telephones, Making direct calls, and taking messages. Additional responsibilities also include, but not limited to: Creating reports & presentations, Maintain the Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, data entry, performing other office administrative functions when requested.
Position requires excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Ability to type 60 wpm. Able to multitask and take directions from multiple people.

Senior Accountant
Seeking a candidate to prepare and submit monthly external filings/reports (i.e. financial institution reporting) Manage general ledger and month end close procedure to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Work with functional managers for accrual, budgeting, and reconciliation purposes. Prepare and review monthly journal entries. Analyze general ledger accounts and reconcile to sub-ledger. Prepare and record monthly accruals. Analyze monthly financial results and identify trends/variances. Reconcile bank accounts. Develop and implement month end close procedure improvements. Provide leadership, direction, training, and performance management for staff accountants. Act as primary contact/liaison for all external audits. Assist with annual audit requirements as they relate to assigned accounting activities. Complete assigned accounting projects. Produce as hoc reports and analyses as requested. Perform other general accounting activities as requested.
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting. Has a minimum of 5 years accounting experience including a minimum of 2 years in public accounting. Has solid knowledge of GAAP accounting and strong analytical and spreadsheet skills. Is PC proficient in Oracle accounting software and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Has excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills. Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.

Operations Manager
Direct the work activities of the administrative staff by assigning work, coordinating schedules, reviewing output, providing training and evaluating performance as well as providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and Sales Reps. Tracking branch revenue and expenses, Maintaining financial information as well as performing detailed reconciliation and control functions.
Position requires a high school diploma however a college degree is preferred with 3+ years successful office experience and the ability to implement operating procedures and practices. Effective supervisory experience and leadership shills are required.

Selling Branch Manager
Oversee the day to day branch operations through actively selling, including prospecting, follow-up and customer service. Responsibilities include; managing the branch financial performance, budget development, business plan execution, branch profit and loss activities and branch operating costs.
Position required a BS in Business, Marketing or related field. Proven successful management experience in the modular or construction leasing industry, strong finance/ accounting knowledge, experience hiring and developing strong team members.

Service Manager
Experienced Supervisor to oversee fleet operations including delivery, removal and maintenance as well as providing supervision and dispatch of drivers and service personnel. Responsibilities include overseeing the ongoing maintenance and servicing of the product fleet. Scheduling unit pickups and deliveries and dispatching trucks to ensure timely customer delivery.
Position requires construction experience including plumbing, electrical and carpentry as well as effective supervisory skills. Prior Dispatch experience is a plus

Territory Sales Managers

Position requires a Bachelor Arts Degree and three years outside sales experience or construction/industrial sales experience preferred.

Sales Rep
Develop pricing, specifications, scopes of work and schedules to be included into customer proposal, insure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
Position requires a B.A., B.S. in business and/or related Construction Management Degree.

Sales Associates

The sales associate is responsible for indirect ownership for revenue generated by providing sales support and coordination to dedicated territory sales representatives on components of deal work flow, logistics, customer credit and delinquency and managing internal business processes to facilitate outside sales representatives productivity and increase customer face time.
Position requires a BA Degree and inside or outside sales experience preferred.

Customer Service Coordinator
Responsible for receiving, researching, and resolving customer issues, doing follow-ups with customers and maintain records. Answering customer billing/invoice questions, compiling and entering data for services rendered charges, researching billing and collection issues are some of the other responsibilities.
Position requires interpersonal communicating and customer service skills, Type 60+ words per minute, must be proficient in Microsoft Office and manage multiple tasks and high volume work load.

Fleet Managers
Monitor, investigate, and implement cost reduction initiatives. Manage purchasing controls and P&L budgets. Manage business operating system re-bills and inspection data input and reports. Manage outgoing and incoming inspection of units and perform customer site inspections as necessary.
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering or has 4 years operations, construction/fleet management, or real estate experience. PC proficient in Microsoft Office. Manage multiple tasks and high volume workload. Has DOT and OSHA regulation knowledge.
