Manufacturing Process Engineer
Manufacturing Process Engineer; serves as a technical expert in understanding all platform operations. Candidate will focus on opportunities for continuous improvement in the areas of quality and efficiencies and serve as a technology resource coach for designated area of expertise.
Requirements: BS in Engineering, MS preferred. Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience.
Food Technologist / Engineer
Food Technologist; provide support for the R&D lab and pilot facility to develop an optimized ingredient manufacturing within the facility. Work with internal and external resources to develop laboratory pilot testing protocols.
Requirements: BS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related degree highly desired. 1-3 years experience preferred. Able to travel 35-50%.
Production Foreman
Production Foreman; supervise line personnel and the electro-mechanical troubleshooting of machines including; envelope filling, canning, seaming, labeling, lidding, de-palletizing, automatic carton case packing and product blending.
Requirements: Must have electro-mechanical experience with high-speed food packaging equipment and be a machine troubleshooter. Working knowledge of electricity, electronics and programmable controllers would be and asset.
Associate Marketing Manager
Associate Marketing Manager; is a key participant in the process to identify, develop and launch new products; assist in the development and execution of annual marketing plans; independently manage brand volume, forecasting and budgets; support consumer promotions; interface as part of a multifunctional team.
Requirements: MBA preferred, 2-4 years marketing experience preferably in food or consumer packaged goods.
Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor; responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance and assigned projects with in the facility. He/she will be responsible for developing the group of facility technicians into a well trained, committed and inspired maintenance team. The Supervisor provides the equipment related expertise and technical guidance normally associated with a facility engineer.
Requirements: Allen-Bradley PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred, ability to lead others and good mathematical skills
Maintenance Planner
Maintenance Planner; plan work including but not limited to: repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, physical structure, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, preventative, hydraulic, refrigeration and fabrication/welding, will use blueprints, specifications, diagrams, service manuals and outside resources.
Requirements: 3-5 years experience in machine systems repair and/or modification with integrated utility supplies. Must be mechanically oriented, a team player, self motivated and willing to work evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.
Parts Inventory Coordinator
Parts Inventory Coordinator; perform inventory/stockroom tasks under general supervision ensuring the flow of maintenance supplies for a three shift maintenance department. Essential functions will be to recommend, develop and implement all systems to monitor parts inventory to include pulling materials and supplies for maintenance personnel; coordinating movement of parts and supplies including parts being sent out for rebuild, warranty or credit; ensuring accurate counts and recording of material and parts, reconciling discrepancies through use of the cycle count procedure; reconciling month end counts.
Requirements: 2-4 years stockroom or inventory control experience, good organizational skills, detail oriented and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Senior Research Analytical Chemist
Candidate will be responsible for development and execution of complex analysis and developing methods in support of the research division of ADM. The position will involve development and application of sophisticated instrumental methods utilizing HPLC, GC, ICP, AA, GC/MS, LC/MS, FTIR, and wet Chemistry Analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess a Ph. D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or closely related field, with at least 5 – 10 years relevant laboratory experience.
Director of Customs, Imports and Product Container Logistics
Candidate will be responsible to manage company imports, custom procedures, exports and the product side of international container shipments. This position will supervise a staff of international traffic coordinators and use skills of custom brokering.
Position requires someone committed to the management areas of: freight bookings, document preparation for customs and accounts payable along with possessing a Customs Broker License or experience in customs brokering. Must possess a Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in US / International container shipping.
Assistant Facility Manager
Assists in the direction of the overall operational function of the manufacturing facility including: safety and compliance, Quality Control, planning, government regulations, sanitation, training, scheduling, cost reduction and labor relations.
Manager of Automation and Packaging
Responsible for the oversight of the packaging and production areas, lead automation projects, identify, and implement automation upgrades to current semi-automatic and manual process.
Production Supervisor
Responsible for the supervision of the plant production and is accountable for the day to day management of plant production and operations. Ensures full compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. Is a key member of the facilities management team.
Position requires Associates Degree and a minimum two to three years in a food processing environment. Processing and packaging experience is a plus.
Quality Assurance Supervisor
Coordinates Quality Assurance activities through product inspection, form development, record review, supervision of QA Techs and independent assessment of various situations. Coordinates and participates in problem resolution activities. Assists in developing specifications.
Position requires a Bachelors Degree in Food Science or other food related field and one to two years supervisory experience in a production environment.
Plant Manager
Responsible and accountable for all Plant activities including: production, maintenance, administration, human services, shipping, receiving, warehousing, quality assurance, and facilities maintenance. Team Leader for the Plant Manager Team that is responsible for the monitoring and implementation of all policies, procedures and schedules for the facility. The plant manager is responsible for establishing and developing the management team.
Position requires a Bachelors Degree and five to ten years related experience.
Maintenance Mechanic
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance as directed to maximize equipment up time. Respond to requests for maintenance. Troubleshoot and correct equipment problems. Complete daily inspections in accordance with complaint policy.
Position requires 2 maintenance years experience.
