We are able to call on the expertise of a number of qualified individuals within the industry for consulting assignments in all of the above areas.
Knowing the industry as we do gives us the insight to assist the client in evaluating their need and then arranging for the right Consultant with the best expertise in that atea to assist them in solutions.
The Consultant we recommend has passed our rigorous investigation of his/her accomplishment record. They work, under contract, as Independent Contractors, billing the Client directly. We also bill the Client on a direct basis for our fee, usually a small percentage of the contract price between the Client and Consultant.
In the case of a long term assignment we bill on a flat fee, pay period basis, pre-arranged with the Client over the life of the assignment.
Consultants are specialists in their area: HUD Code, Modular Housing, Park Models, Commercial Modular Structures, Recreational Vehicle or a combination of all the above.
